Engage
Our Service Projects engage students with the community and put our motto of 'work hard, be kind, change the world' into practice.

Students are involved in activites such as volunteering to feed the homeless, rebuilding veterans' homes, working to rehabilitate turtles, and sewing items for those in need.

Experience
At Foundry Academy we create a caring atmosphere where every student is valued for their unique personality and abilities.
Our small class sizes and grade levels mean that our students treat each other like family.
We are unique in how our students are able to enjoy their childhoods and grow into engaged adults ready for the challenges of college and beyond.
Expert Teachers
All our classes are taught by industry professionals; faculty who are passionate educators but also working in their chosen specialties.
These teachers' resumes span graphic design, environmental engineering, screenwriting, aviation, and so much more.
Our students love that all our classes and assignments are relevant to the real world, because their teachers are still part of it.
The Foundry Difference
Authentic Learning
No standardized tests, no pointless busy work. At Foundry Academy we use project based learning, hold community engagement nights, teach finance skills and entrepreneurship, serve our community, and ensure our curriculum creates college-ready graduates.
Our students also have the opportunity to experience and engage with a huge array of careers in order to find their passions and change the world.
Caring Culture
The Foundry Academy Family is the core of our school. We understand that successful learning can only occur alongside emotional growth. Foundry Academy is committed to helping our students to flourish through providing positive role models, student support services, senior student mentorship, a House system, and personal development programs. Service projects also aid students in seeing their value to the broader community and building self-esteem.
Georgia Goal - Your Taxes Supporting Our Students
The Georgia GOAL Program is important to Foundry Acedemy because it benefits our students so much! Georgia's elected officials had the remarkable vision to pass the Education Expense Credit law to provide families in our state with access to better educational opportunities for their children.
Did you know that 1/3 of our students in some way receive help from this scholarship? You see a lot of posts being sent out asking for donations, but this is not a donation. This is considered a tax credit; i.e. you're telling the government where to put your tax money. So, we encourage families for this reason to allocate part of their taxes to GOAL, so that many of our current and future students can benefit from it. Applications for the 2024 tax year need to be submitted by the end of 2023.
